Dov Waterman works with musicians and creative practitioners who want to move differently in relation to their work.
He is a coach, educator, and composer based in north London. Most of his time now is spent creating the conditions for others — holding space for the kind of shift that comes from the inside, not the outside. Not new techniques. Not productivity strategies. A genuine change in how you see the work, and yourself in relation to it.
His background is in music. He spent years composing, teaching, and working at the heart of the industry — making a real impression along the way. But what stayed with him wasn't the output. It was what the creative process reveals when you give it proper attention.
That understanding became True Voice — a coaching practice built on a simple premise: the creative impulse doesn't need to be manufactured. It's already there.
He teaches at Point Blank Music School in London and works with individuals and small groups.
